And once again my lack of computer skills are bothering me. The last couple of days my computer has been telling me it doesn’t have enough space on the hard drive to run updates and make back ups and do all the things that makes a computer run smoothly. So I threw some old stuff away I wasn’t using anymore, and thought that was enough. Apparently it wasn’t, since my computer still wants me to free some more space. Someone told me to defragment it, which is a good idea, except that Windows needs 15% free space to effectively do that, and I have 0% free space at the moment.

ITunes is also telling me it needs more space, and that I need to empty my recycle bin. However, being a computer dunce, I have no idea where that bin is. I’ve looked in (what I think are) the likely places, but I still can’t find it.

Those of you that do know what you’re doing every time you turn on the computer, please help me out! I promise to remember so I’ll know what to do next time…

Your recycle bin is normally on your desktop…It actually says ‘prullenbak’ on mine….if you really have a lot of problems with your pc I can ask Thomas if he has time to help you out some time, if you want to, or I can come over myself and see what I can do (i’m not an expert, but I know the basics)…:)
