Late night movie

Yesterday I watched a movie with my mom. It was fairly late, but the tv guide gave it three stars so we figured it would be worth staying up for.

It wasn’t. Nothing really happens in the entire movie; although the filmmakers introduce a lot of subjects they don’t properly deal with any of them. It’s a really shallow portrayal of four trainwrecksurvivors and even Italy’s beauty can’t make up for that. Too bad…

  1. Sorry to hear.😦
I spent most of my evening watching movies with director’s commentary for my paper and was pointed at things that I had missed completely but which made the movie more fun and interesting to watch. So I recommend “Paris, Texas” and “Don’t come knocking” by Wim Wenders, although the latter is a western parody. But both scripts are written by Sam Shepard – so should be a must for an American Studies student😛
