Alternative title for this post: why I love farmer’s markets.

five zucchinis, eleven bell peppers, nine mangoes and four avocados.

I think I’m instituting a new policy: everyone that comes by my house gets to take home a mango. Because although there’s no way I’m going to pass up a whole box of mangoes for a euro, there’s also no way I’m going to be able to eat them all.

    • ha, we’ll have to define farmer’s markets loosely, as a mixture of local and non-local produce. It’s hard to find a real farmer’s market here, although most do have some stalls with organic produce and the like.
